Everything we make is made to measure in our Kraków workshop. That sounds slow and complicated. It needn't be. Here is what happens between your first message and the delivery lorry.
1. Send rough sizes
Approximate widths and heights are enough to start, with the product you have in mind and the site location. Drawings or photos help but aren't essential. If you already know the frame colour, glazing and handles, add them. On our fire doors you can estimate a price yourself first.
2. Quotation
We prepare a tailored quotation. If you are weighing options, we will recommend the most suitable and economical system for each opening. Quotes are valid for a limited time because material and production costs move, so if a while has passed we may need to update it.
3. Technical drawings
Once you accept, we produce detailed drawings and confirm finishes, glazing, hardware and dimensions with you.
4. Final dimensions
Openings on site often differ slightly from the plans. We confirm the final structural openings before anything is made, and adapt the design or re-quote if they change.
5. Made in Kraków
Every frame is cut, welded, glazed, finished and assembled under one roof, which keeps quality and timings in our hands. Lead times depend on the system, the size of the order and the finish, and we confirm yours with the quotation.
6. Delivery and fitting
We supply only as standard, and can supply and fit in some regions. Before delivery:
- Have the structural openings ready. Sliding doors need level thresholds.
- Confirm site access, especially for an HGV or LGV, with contact numbers and any special instructions.
- If the date no longer works, tell us early and we will reschedule.
You deal with one team and one point of contact throughout. Start with rough sizes, or send your drawings for a check.
