Who we are

This policy explains how Polish Interior UK Ltd (Fifteen Rosehill, Montgomery Way, Rosehill Estate, Carlisle, CA1 2RW, United Kingdom) and Polishinterior S.C. (Nad Drwiną 10, Hall D9, 30-741 Kraków, Poland), together “Polish Interior” or “we”, collect and use personal data through www.polishinterior.com. Information we collect

• Enquiry details: your name, email address, phone number and the message you send through our contact and quote forms.
• Usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages visited, approximate location, device, browser and the site that referred you. IP addresses are anonymised.

How we use it, and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations (legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before a contract).
• To manufacture, deliver and support your order (contract).
• To understand and improve how the website is used, only if you accept analytics cookies (consent).
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse with Google reCAPTCHA (legitimate interests).
• To keep the website secure and working properly (legitimate interests).
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who process it on our behalf: Webflow (website hosting and storage of form submissions), Google (Analytics, only with your consent, and reCAPTCHA) and jsDelivr (delivers our cookie-consent script). Some of these providers are based outside the UK and EU; where data is transferred, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the UK–US data bridge.

Cookies

• Essential: a cookie that remembers your cookie choice, so the banner does not reappear on every page.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Reject, no analytics cookies are set.
• Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA loads on pages with a form and may set cookies and read device information to tell people from bots.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser; the banner will then ask again.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you become a customer, we keep order records for as long as warranty, tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or the UODO (uodo.gov.pl) in Poland.
