From first sketch to delivery
Every door and window is made to measure in our Kraków workshop and supplied across the UK and mainland Europe. You deal with one team, and one point of contact, from quote to delivery.
Six steps

Enquiry
Send rough sizes, the product you have in mind and the site location. Drawings or photos help, but are not essential.

Quotation
We prepare a tailored quotation. If you are weighing options, we will recommend the most suitable and economical system.

Technical drawings
Once you accept, we produce detailed drawings and confirm finishes, glazing, hardware and dimensions with you.

Final dimensions
Openings on site often differ slightly from the plans, so we confirm the final structural openings before manufacture.

Made in Kraków
Every frame is cut, welded, glazed, finished and assembled under one roof, which keeps quality and timings in our hands.

Delivery and fitting
We deliver across the UK and plan around restricted sites. We supply only as standard, and can supply and fit in some regions.
Getting the site ready
Prepare the openings
Make sure structural openings are ready before delivery. Sliding doors need level thresholds. If you want sunken tracks, we provide drawings with the correct dimensions.
Plan the delivery
Confirm site access, especially for HGV or LGV delivery, with contact numbers and any special instructions. If the date no longer works, tell us early and we will reschedule.
Lead times
Lead times depend on the system, the size of the order and the finish. We confirm yours with the quotation, and keep you informed from drawings to delivery.
