If you're looking for a supply and fit service, please let us know.

Make sure your structural openings are ready — for example, sliding doors require level thresholds. If you’d like sunken tracks, we’ll provide technical drawings with the correct dimensions. Please also confirm site access (especially for HGV/LGV delivery), contact numbers, and any special instructions. If you're unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, let us know as early as possible to reschedule.

Once you send us your project details, we’ll prepare a tailored quotation. If accepted, we move into the technical phase — providing detailed drawings, confirming finishes, and checking all final dimensions. Every element is then crafted in our Kraków workshop. We’ll coordinate delivery (and installation, if agreed), keeping you informed throughout. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact from start to finish.

We primarily offer supply-only, but in some regions we can provide a supply-and-fit service depending on the scope and location of the project. Let us know your needs and we’ll advise accordingly.

Yes, by appointment. We have a UK showroom at 200 York Way, London N7 9AX, and you are welcome to visit our workshop in Kraków to see how our products are made and explore materials and finishes first-hand. Contact us to arrange a time.

Yes. Our PI40 E30 and W40 E30 slim steel doors give 30 minutes of fire integrity (E30), and JANISOL 2 EI30 gives 30 minutes of integrity and insulation (EI30). All three are certified to BS EN 1634-1, and W40 E30 also has Warrington Certifire approval. Let us know your compliance requirements when you request a quote.

We manufacture radius (curved) windows as well as arched window types. Radius windows require bent profiles and curved glazing and are generally more expensive than standard ones. The final cost will depend on your chosen system (steel, timber, aluminium, etc.). We're happy to recommend the most suitable and economical option for your project.

We offer acoustic glazing up to 51 dB in both double and triple glazed formats.

Yes — we offer venetian, pleated, and roller blinds sealed between glass panes. Mechanisms include manual (cord, knob, magnetic slider) and motorised options — even app-controlled. Lamella sizes vary depending on the unit but typically include 20mm, 22mm, 27mm, 29mm, and 32mm.

Integral blinds are typically considered decorative (like Georgian bars), so they aren't factored into U-value testing. However, they can improve thermal performance by reducing solar gain or heat loss depending on their position.

It depends on your insurance provider. Some insurers accept hidden handles (AXA, for instance), while others require key-lockable handles. We can advise or adapt the hardware to meet your policy's needs.

Mirror glass provides permanent reflectivity during daylight but offers less privacy at night when interior lights are on. Venetian blinds offer adjustable privacy. We also offer PrivaLite glazing — switchable glass that toggles between clear and frosted using a remote.

It’s quite common for on-site dimensions to vary slightly from plans. We always recommend confirming final structural openings before manufacture. If dimensions change, we can adapt the design or re-quote if necessary.

Yes — quotes are valid for a limited time due to fluctuating material and production costs. If significant time has passed since your quote, we may need to update it before proceeding.
